Aline is a very knowledgeable instructor when it comes to the “ART” technique of Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage modality. She has great energy. She knows the lymphatic system and its functions as well as indications and contraindications. And her hands-on is very memorable because she will go over it until you remember it, which I believe is very important as a student. I truly believe hands-on training is a must-do; you learn the touch, the pressure, the direction, and the different pathways. I would recommend other therapists to use the ART technique!!! ⭐️⭐️

I chose this class because Aline's approach to lymphatic massage is holistic and gentle. She taught us that we can move the lymph effectively and efficiently with our hands to have a marked effect on the body. I was turned off by some of the aggressive methods for Brazilian lymphatic massage I saw online, some of which didn't align with how the lymphatic system works. ART is different. The approach is gentle on clients and LMTs' bodies so we can prevent burnout and overuse injury. Equally important is that Aline offers strategies for starting your own lymphatic massage business and including tips on marketing. Aline's online learning coupled with her hands-on class gave me the confidence to start my own business. Within 1 month I was fully booked with all new clients. Aline was there all along the way to answer all of my questions. Aline truly wants to advance the field and share what she has learned from her decades of experience so more LMTs can help people in need. I highly recommend this course to all LMTs.

As a lymphatic drainage specialist and lymphedema therapist for over 25 years, I’m always selective about the training I invest in, and this course was truly worth it. The material was comprehensive, easy to follow, and presented in a way that made it simple to integrate into my existing practice. I also really appreciated how prompt and responsive Aline was whenever questions came up. That kind of support makes such a difference when learning a new technique.
